I hope you're nice and tucked in and getting nice and cozy I'm going to be reading you one of my favorite stories it is called The Secret Life of squirrels a love story and I change it because it's getting awesome squirrel and I want you to see why and what kind of Mischief they get into the secret life of squirrels a Love Story by Nancy Rose most squirrels spend their days scrambling up trees and searching for nuts not mr. Peanut's he is a rather unusual squirrel Valentine's Day is coming soon mr. Peanut's enjoys daiquiri April holidays nice job mr. Peanut's Valentine's Day can also be lonely and mr. Peanut's wishes he could meet another unusual squirrel to celebrate with mr. Peanut's tries to distract but he can only think about how he would like to have someone to build something for shopping for food would be more fun if you were cooking dinner for a friend mr. peanut goes to the park but she doesn't have a friend to play with mr. Peanut's is sad being the only squirrel I can can be hard sometimes Frymaster peanuts on the way home mr. peanut stops at the neighborhood Wishing Well usually mr. Peanut's wishes for more acorns but today he wants wish for someone special whenever mr. Peanut's is feeling especially lonely he goes to the bookstore that always cheers him up today he sees another squirrel his favorite book my name is Rosie she says do you love books to after they leave the bookstore mr. peanuts and Rosie sunflower seeds finally Mister peanuts have a special squirrel friends mr. Peanut's and Rosie go to the park to play hopscotch with their peanuts legs know Rosie that nut is for playing not eating squirrels are used to climbing trees in a swing set is easy mr. Peanut's decides to show Rosie his favorite game jumping from trees mr. Peanut's go as the sun goes down mr. Peanut's realizes he's absolutely nuts about Rosie the two squirrels come across another wishing well mr. Peanut's isn't sure what to wish for this time now that you've met Rosie he has someone special then he gets an idea Rosie ask mr. peanuts will you be my valentine of course I will shirts Rosie I'm nuts about you they celebrate with our romantic candlelit dinner being in make stuff the best Valentine's Day Ever I hope you enjoyed that story I absolutely love it because he's a real squirrel and the author Nancy Rose is also the photographer and she takes pictures of these little squirrels in her backyard but she makes these little set up and then waits for the squirrels and shows a lot of patience and grit by really really calm and still until these little squirrel come and visit her take pictures of them and then put them if you have sweet dreams tonight and I will see you at school
