Hi there! My name is Carrie Smith and I am the Reading Coach at Carrollton Elementary School. I began working in Isle of Wight County Schools during the 2003-2004 school year. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education at the State University of New York at Geneseo and my Master's Degree in Reading at the State University of New York at Potsdam.
