We had a blast welcoming families back to CAES at our open house! We are so excited to see all of our Cardinals on Tuesday!

All Isle of Wight County Schools and Offices are closed Friday, September 1, and Monday, September 4, for the Labor Day holiday. We look forward to welcoming back students for the new school year on Tuesday, September 5.

Check out our Back to School Basics page for all the information you need to prepare for the 2023-2024 school year. New this year are Digital Supply lists. Easy, online ordering for all your Back to School supplies.

If you have a student new to IWCS, you must fully register your child with the school they will be attending. Families are encouraged to register their child no later than August 24 in order to have teacher assignments in place before Open House. You can complete most of the registration online. Please register today and ensure your child has a smooth start to their school year. Reminder: Our offices are closed on Fridays through Labor Day and on Monday, September 4.

IWCS is happy to announce the use of Edlio’s Supply Lists feature. Supply Lists makes it easy for parents to purchase all necessary school supplies in one click and have them delivered to their doorstep, saving time and hassle.

Screening is for all fully registered Kindergarten students.

Nico Mobley, a member of the Carrollton Safety Patrol this past year, has been selected for this year's AAA Safety Patrol Hall of Fame.

At the June 8, 2023, school board meeting, the division recognized fourth quarter honoree, Keli Jennings, Behavioral Instructional Assistant at Carrollton Elementary School.

Congratulations to all Honor Roll students on your outstanding academic performance for the 4th quarter! Honor Roll Lists have been sent to the local papers and are posted on the IWCS website.
