Heidi Luong

My name is Heidi Luong.  I am a Kindergarten teacher at Carrollton Elementary School.  I began working in Isle of Wight County Schools during the 2016-2017 school year.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Early Education from Old Dominion University.  Prior to coming to CAES, I taught for 12 years as a classroom teacher in Portsmouth Public Schools.
